**Responsibilities include**:
As a Transport Planning Lead, you will:

- Lead and win work for the NSW transport planning team
- Collaborate with interstate leads for transport planning requirements management
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationship
- Deliver and manage a range of transport planning and other multidiscipline projects
- Line manage staff and develop a team strategic direction
- Work with the ANZ Transport Planning Practice Lead to develop tactical strategies

**Projects you will be involved in**:

- Engineering Design and Assurance
- School Infrastructure NSW projects
- More Trains More Services
- Transport for NSW projects

**Preferred skills and experience**
- Degree in a relevant field in Civil Engineering, Geography or similar
- Diverse experience in winning work and growing teams
- Project management experience (i.e. actively plan, manage, coordinate and run the project team)
- Proven experience developing and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in mentoring staff for professional development and upskilling
- A complex problem solver and identify new innovative solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within larger multi-disciplinary projects and teams
