We are currently searching for a Production and QC Coordinator to join the team at our beautiful new office based in Alexandria. This role is a temporary maternity leave cover, full time for approximately 6 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for checking and measuring of all shipment samples against approved style details, and raising any issues for commercial business decision.
- Shipping sample management and organization.
- Responsible for placing and tracking photo sample orders and communication of delivery to relevant teams, ensuring dates meet the deadlines or new deadline is agreed.
- Create and communicate the QC plan to the business and scheduling with the warehouse in time for seasonal launches.
- Responsible for reporting on actual freight costs against budget and recording these in the production schedule.
- Responsible for managing and reporting on under and overs with the factory.
- Liaising with the warehouse on any supplier packing issues and implementing improvements and tracking with the suppliers.
- Working with Product Development in the packing of bulk production and creating manuals for all products.
- Assisting the Senior Production Coordinator where required.
