With over 200+ venues across Australia and New Zealand, we're on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge in unlocking commercial potential across newly acquired pubs and bars.As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the strategic marketing integration of newly acquired venues into the AVC portfolio.
You'll work across a dedicated patch of venues throughout Australia and New Zealand, ensuring each one hits the ground running-fast.
This is an exciting, hands on role that plays an important role in learning more about the newly acquired venues, working with the teams on the ground to understand the business before formulating strategic recommendations and creative ideas to drive revenue growth.You will diagnose performance gaps, execute high-impact campaigns, and drive uplift across all marketing touchpoints.

Help new venues achieve commercial momentum, brand alignment, and long-term sustainability-at speed.What You'll DoLead the marketing lifecycle from Acquire Turnaround Grow across new venuesBuild and deliver data-led marketing strategies aligned to commercial targetsExecute campaigns that drive foot traffic, revenue growth, and customer engagementUse business intelligence tools (DOMO, Power BI) to extract insights, spot trends, and inform strategyAct as a marketing partner to venue managers, supporting their growth journey through hands-on advice and executionInfluence internal stakeholders including Operations GMs, State Managers, and central teams to align marketing with broader business objectivesApply retention, CRM, and database strategies to maximise lifetime valueWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing with proven success in turnaround or integration environmentsStrong commercial acumen and a sharp understanding of how marketing drives business outcomesExceptional communication and storytelling skills-you know how to win hearts and shift mindsetsDeep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, CRM, CMS, etc.)Experience working with BI tools (DOMO, Power BI) and translating data into strategic actionHospitality or multi-site experience highly desirableTertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related fieldYou'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:Strategic and hands-on, with a love for diagnosing problems and driving real changeComfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentA strong collaborator with the ability to influence and inspire othersA confident project manager, balancing multiple priorities across markets and stakeholdersWhy AVC?
