We\u2019re looking for a Digital Project Manager who has strong Cloud Migration skills to join our growing team in Sydney.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery in a customer facing role, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion
Apply project management best practices to keep project on track, balancing scope, time, cost and financial constraints, while ensuring customers satisfaction
Effectively manage multiple concurrent project streams, maintaining oversight, prioritisation and control
Easily switch contexts between tasks and/or projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs as required
Apply expertise in one or more leading methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DSDM, Prince2 to optimise project execution and drive successful outcomes
Facilitate and lead change management particularly within transformational complex projects
Drive and apply a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Take ownership of project success, defining and driving ways of working, ensuring clear approaches, effective facilitation and tangible business value
Be a thought leader and trusted advisor, demonstrating stakeholder management across both technical teams and senior business leaders
Your Skills And Experience
8+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery, across Cloud Migration projects, specifically with MS Azure or AWS projects
Experience in risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
Strong understanding of modern technologies to effectively engage with technical teams and ensure seamless project execution
Significant demonstrable experience managing multiple/concurrent project streams
Experience working in large, complex organisations such as financial, government, mining and utilities 1 aligning with our diverse customer portfolio
Ability to adapt project management style, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs
Strong understanding of change management within transformation and/or complex projects
Strong accountability and ownership mindset, driving best practices and structured methodologies to maximise business impact
Ability to work in multi-vendor environments, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams
Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise and personal manner
A collaborative approach, leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of internal teams to provide industry-leading solutions, along with strong Pre-sales experience
Understanding of cloud operational models and governance would be highly advantageous
