Based in our Sydney HQ, you will be a key member of a dynamic team of engineers, responsible for designing and managing all of our internal and customer-facing infrastructure and technology systems.
Your deep technical expertise in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Networking will empower you to develop highly innovative, large-scale solutions that ensure the resilience, security, and scalability of our software and infrastructure.
You'll collaborate with a global network of technology experts and engage directly with senior business leaders and C-suite executives to align our architectural vision with strategic business goals.
This is your chance to apply your technological curiosity and creativity to push boundaries and create real impact.Key Responsibilities Architect and Implement Large-Scale Solutions: Design and deploy scalable, resilient, and secure cloud and on-prem architectures across multiple platforms to support our global operations.
Optimize Network Performance and Automation: Spearhead initiatives to enhance network performance, automate infrastructure management, and drive efficiencies in our data centers and cloud environments using modern tools and technologies.
Drive Enterprise-Wide Technology Strategy: Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging the latest advancements in cloud, data center, and automation technologies.
Lead Innovation and Collaboration: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, while engaging with senior stakeholders to communicate architectural strategies and drive technology adoption.
Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, cloud engineering, and network management, with a demonstrated ability to lead at scale in a complex, global environment.
A proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data center technologies.
Extensive experience with automation tools and scripting languages, as well as a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Expert-level knowledge of network engineering, including WAN/LAN architecture, SDN, VPNs, firewalls and security protocols.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects, collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
