CoreStaff have opportunities for experienced and motivated CNC machine operators based in Brisbane.
Location and Shifts
Coopers Plains — Monday to Friday, 6am-2.30pm
Pay rate:$36.35 per hour
Role:CNC Machinist
Key Responsibilities
Set up and Operate CNC Mills and / or CNC Lathes (Fanuc and HAAS experience desirable)
Create edit and optimize CNC programs for CNC Mills and / or CNC Lathes (Fanuc and HAAS experience desirable)
Set up machines and prove out new programs
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to use measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometre and gauges
Work closely with others in the team to meet deadline
Perform routine maintenance and keep work areas cleans
Follow all safety requirements in the workshop
Location and Shifts
Yeerongpilly — Tuesday to Friday – 6am start - 10 hour shifts
Pay rate:$33.38 per hour
Duties and Skills
Previous experience operating CNC machines
High attention to detail
Mechanically minded
Maintenance and labouring when not operating machines
High safety standards
Willing to undertake SARC and CAT 3 medical after probation period
Must have Australian working rights
