**About the role**

Due to business growth, we are seeking an **RTO or Cricos Administrator **to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to use and develop your administrative and organizational skills, as well as contribute to the delivery of excellence throughout our organization. This is a full-time job to start with 5 days a week.

**On a day-to-day basis, your role will include, but not be limited to**:

- Data Entry into the student management system.
- Maintain excellent working knowledge of course offerings and related regulatory and compliance requirements
- Accurately processing/managing paperwork student files and records
- Effectively managing paperwork to/from Trainers and Assessors
- Issuing Statements of Attainment and Certificates to students
- Liaising with stakeholders, clients/trainers/students with clear communication
- Routine office administration tasks
- General customer service
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of client/student data and records
- Assist with office duties as required

**You must have the following skills to be successful in this role**:

- Essential technology skills - data entry, spreadsheets, word processing, etc
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability o multi-task in a busy RTO environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work autonomously when required

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Slacks Creek QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
