**Junior A.I Performance Analyst**

We are currently recruiting a Junior A.I Performance Analyst is to provide insights and track performance of our A.I. driven 1:1 personalised pricing capability. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Data Science & A.I. Performance, your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver data driven insights for the A.I. program, including 1:1 personalised dynamic pricing optimization
- Track the performance of the program, supporting a Senior Analyst with diagnosing and articulating underlying drivers, and provide operational teams with the intel for effective decision making
- Execute Kayo subscription performance reporting to support weekly business operations and bespoke insights initiatives to identify trends, patterns, and factors influencing customer retention
- Effectively collaborate with other teams to understand business drivers and share insights, including Finance, Data, Product & Marketing teams

This role will be ideal for a recent graduate or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the world of streaming and entertainment.

**Your experience and capability**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building detailed data models and presenting complex data
- Demonstrated ability to influence and proactively manage stakeholders
- Experience with SQL, Python, R highly desirable
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a bonus
- Passion for data driven solutions and how they can shape the future of our business
- Collaborative working style, engaging management, peers, team members and stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects and be agile to move with adjusting targets
