As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:Assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planningDevelop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plansChampion participants' goals, strengths and passionsAdvocate for the elimination of restrictive practicesCollaborate within a multidisciplinary teamBuild capacity in families, carers and community supportsAs you support many, we support you.Flexibility: Set the schedule that works for you
