Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

A supportive primary school in Sefton is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 from September.
The role will focus on providing consistent 1:1 support, helping the pupil manage their behaviour, stay engaged in lessons, and build positive relationships in school.
Key Responsibilities
Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child in Year 4 with ADHD and additional needs
Implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting emotional regulation
Encouraging focus, motivation and positive learning behaviours throughout the school day
Adapting classroom tasks to meet individual needs and targets
Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO and external agencies to provide joined-up support
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with ADHD and challenging behaviour
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
A calm, consistent and nurturing approach when working with pupils
Resilience, empathy and the ability to build trust with children who may struggle in school
Team Teach training (or similar) is desirable but not essential
