Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Education Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs for students with diverse needs and abilities.

About the Role:

This role involves designing and implementing tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive support and resources for students with disabilities, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies to promote learning outcomes for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet their evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, using data to inform instructional decisions.

Requirements:

  • NESA Accreditation
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain)
  • WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
