**Our Hotel**

Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual branded hotel with 473 rooms conveniently located in the CBD.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B department. As a 'hands on' and guest-obsessed leader, you will inspire our team of F&B professionals to exceed guest expectations through exceptional food and beverage service.

**About you**
- Experience with local market knowledge in hospitality industry.
- Passion, interest and confidence in coffee, wine & spirits with a focus on locally sourced product, ensuring quality and consistency of our offering.
- A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.

**What you will be doing?**
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

**Salary**: $26.31 - $39.47 per hour
