As such, we are looking for an experience Data Analytics Lead who is ready to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Technology and Operations, Property Services team.

**The Role**

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support the Property Function with insightful data analytics and identify opportunities for future property strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Property Function with insightful accommodation data analytics & reporting for development of future strategies
- Assist the business and partnering SME function within IAG with aligning their property reports/insights with divisional data needs on space utilisation and workplace data driven behaviours
- Management of existing property space utilisation Tableau dashboards, and development of new features/reports
- Support the manager in development of strategies and management of workplace digital solutions
- Stakeholder & end user management on space utilisation reporting expectations through building relationships across the business
- Proactive management of workplace attendance data (Serraview/Engage) to ensure excellent end user workplace experience through data informed actions
- Provide reporting on all aspects on all aspects of IAG property function inclusive but not limited to workspace utilisation, vacancy, headcount movement, financials, benchmarking and future opportunities.
- Proficient use of Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel to produce the reports and insights in line with current departmental data reporting standards
- Support the management of Serraview platform, with deep understanding of system capabilities driving the best outcomes for the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Commercial property experience in workplace analytics (preferred not essential)
- High level of attention to detail
- Advance data analytics skills in both coding and visualisation space (Tableau, Python, SQL, PowerBI) - key skills for the role
- Natural problem-solving capabilities and ability to find solutions to complex multi layered problems
- Advanced skills at Space Management Software -Serraview (Engage) - not essential
- SharePoint; Advanced Excel (nested functions, pivot tables etc) PowerPoint & Word skills
- Strong reporting and visual presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large company organisational structure
- Previous workplace/commercial property analytics experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate degrees in business/analytics/finance or a property related discipline.
