About the Role

">

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a team of analytical experts to explore and define analytics solutions and capability uplift for the crew and relevant domain in collaboration with product owners and value stream leads.

You will deliver crew / CoE outcomes within the squad and RAAD outcomes to improve the craft and people experience. Additionally, you will provide people leadership and management including onboarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and individual and team engagements for chapter members.

As a key member of our team, you will implement and support consistent ways of working across the chapter, driving a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable solutions.

">

Furthermore, you will contribute to the uplift of chapters analytics maturity through SME knowledge and fostering collaboration across chapter instances.

About You

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a leadership role involving data analysis, insights and analytics within financial services and strong business acumen in retail credit products.">
  • A passion for leading people to become the best they can be.">
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.">
  • An ability to understand corporate frameworks and keen eye for deriving value from data.">
  • Demonstrated insights, advanced analytics or data science background.">
  • Advanced SQL or python experience working on teradata or another similar database.">
