About the Role

As a Lead in Data-Driven Decision Making, you will play a crucial role in enabling strategic choices across our organisation. You will develop and execute our data analytics strategy, transforming complex information into actionable insights that inform key organisational priorities.

You will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure we are leveraging our HR technology to its full potential, providing the insights needed to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the data analytics strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and deliver key reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualisation tools.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with data extraction and reporting is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
