We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Program Communications Lead to manage internal communication strategies for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.

**About the opportunity**

Reporting into the Program Director, this 18-month contract will be integral to our program of work by taking the lead on developing, implementing, and managing the internal communications strategies, as well as supporting the delivery of the Program's transformation goals.

**About you**

You will have proven experience working on complex initiatives within the project/program communications space, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations (however equivalent industry experience is preferred). You will have demonstrated experience with the management of implementation plans, achieving deadlines and required outcomes, and demonstrated success in leading and producing results-driven, targeted communication campaigns and internal engagement. You will also possess experience with communicating and working with senior stakeholders and providing strategic advice with well-developed conceptual skills. You will excel at managing and delivering multi-channel communication approaches to support change and transformation, be able to assess effectiveness of communication activities and utilise the most effective communications mechanisms and platforms to ensure maximum audience reach and engagement. You will also possess excellent drafting skills with the ability to produce engaging content that is tailored to the audience, have strong interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. You will be keen to get involved and play a hands-on role in managing communications from end-to-end.
