Tassal, a leader in sustainable aquaculture, is seeking an Analytics Specialist - Aquaculture. This role, based in Hobart, reports to the Senior Manager - Smartfarm and Feed, and focuses on delivering high-quality data and analytic solutions to our Farming group.

As an integral part of our Blue Ag-Tech transformation, you will help define, build, and operate our comprehensive Data and Analytic suite of products, working closely with both our Farming team and IT Data & Analytics team.

**What you'll bring**:

- A strong understanding of SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
- Deep knowledge of Data Visualisation tools (Power BI and Tableau highly desirable).
- Proven ability to discover insights within diverse datasets from across a vertically integrated business.
- The skills to work directly with our farming & operations teams to provide actionable decision-making tools.

**Bonus skills**:

- Experience in breaking down complex problems and projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Technical business analysis skills.
- Some knowledge of development processes & source control.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Aquaculture/Agriculture experience within an operational or technical context.
