- Demonstrated experience in administering and processing matters within a court Registry. Proven ability to follow processes and work collaborative in a team environment whilst also accepting responsibility for a personal workload. Demonstrated ability to undertake accurate data entry, provide effective administrative support and rapidly acquire knowledge of internal systems and processes. Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders in a client focussed environment. Demonstrated ability to calmly analyse situations, resolve problems and escalate complex concerns by making timely and informed decisions in a fast paced, highly regulated, legislative and client focussed environment. Proven communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and succinctly whilst understanding how personal communication style can affect others.
