Someone who is ready to take the challenge, working in a team of 80+ staff, dynamic environment & state of the art offices in the heart of the Northern Beaches.

**About You**:

- Some experience in Real Estate sector
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current Australian Driver's License and Vehicle
- Proficient on Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Impeccable Presentation
- Responsible & Reliable
- Excellent Time Management
- Work well under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of the Northern Beaches

**About The Role**:
These are the components of the role plus we will invest our time in training you on areas that you don't quite deliver on 100%:

- Working closely with our Senior BDM
- Creating proposals for new business potential
- Preparing Managing Agency Agreements
- Liaise with clients to finalise the sign up of new properties
- Preparation of rental appraisal letters
- Create advertisements for all new business properties
- Complete all tasks in a checklist
- Develop marketing calendar for new developments
- Track and finalise new business reporting
- Have a view to grow and develop into your own BDM role
- Monday to Friday, with some occasional Saturdays (with day off in lieu)
