The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities·Highly techno-commercial role taking Tech Mahindra's "Cyber Security & Risk Management" practice solutions to clients across ANZ region.·Responsible for consulting lead cybersecurity sales in the domain of "Cyber Security & Risk Management".·Subject matter expert in areas such as IDAM, Advanced Threat Management, GRC, Vulnerability mgmt., and other key cybersecurity towers, important for any enterprise. This experience may include Consulting sales, Implementation, and operations experience.·Lead and co-ordinate responses to RFI/Q/P from a technical perspective for the customers.·Responsible for cybersecurity revenue management for the ANZ region, so demonstrate the ability to understand P&L ·Work with the vertical sales team to develop and lead accelerated growth in the cybersecurity practice.·Manage and own Cybersecurity pipeline, qualify deals and track them through sales closure.·Engage with CXOs to grow the cybersecurity business by understanding and identifying client's business objectives and then creating cybersecurity solutions to cover those needs and presenting these solutions to strategic, tactical, and operational level client stakeholders.
Qualifications
·Min 15+ years of experience selling or supporting the sales of cyber security technologies/services, identity & access management, Advance Threat Management, GRC, cloud or SaaS based cybersecurity solutions.·Preferably from within a Systems integrator or Consulting organisation, providing consulting services or engagement management for Cybersecurity business.·Knowledge of key market players/competitors in the cybersecurity services space·Direct CISO connect and own relationship across CISO teams in ANZ·Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.·Strong market knowledge of Cyber Security industry and trends.
