This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn the bid process.
We are looking for a Bid Administrator to join our team.
On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Bid Coordinator and Advisor with the coordination, preparation, and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, and capability statements in Australia.
You'll help manage access to online tender portals, support formatting and proofreading of documents, and ensure responses meet quality standards.

Based in Adelaide or Newcastle, you'll support our Australian Water business, Beca HunterH2O throughout the lifecycle of a pursuit.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling internal review reminders, tracking new opportunities, and helping to organise bid content within our systems.
You'll also assist with sales generation activities and provide general administrative support such as travel bookings, workshop setups, and event logistics—making sure everything runs smoothly and aligns with Beca's standards.
With no two bids the same, you'll play an important role in keeping our bid responses organised and consistent.
You'll work closely with our marketing, communications, and graphic teams to ensure all documentation reflects Beca's brand.
You'll also support business development and client relationship activities, escalate complex enquiries to senior colleagues, and contribute to special projects when needed.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.
