**Key tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and project management systems
- Providing general administrative support and supporting other team members to achieve deadlines
- Creating, tracking and overseeing projects and maintaining communications with clients and team members
- Providing status updates to the team and management using project management tools to assist in reporting on KPI's.
- Oversee the output of delivery, working closely with the Department Heads and Marketing Team to ensure quality of output.
- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team Key Company Expectations
- Showcase professionalism and consistently produces high quality work on or ahead of time
- Takes initiative, is a positive team member, and exhibits strong communication skills

**Essential requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an Administration, or equivalent role, ideally within a Marketing Agency.
- A sound understanding of the different marketing functions, their roles in business growth
- Versatile - able to jump between multiple projects and tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Project Management tools, such as Asana.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools will be highly advantageous
- A conceptual thinker - able to clearly articulate creative thoughts
- Well organised - able to manage traffic flow and workload priorities
- Have exceptional time and diary management skills
- An enthusiastic, proactive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong listening and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, prepared to stretch and go the extra mile

**Job Type**: Part-time
