Role
Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel is looking for a dynamic and hands-on
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts. Immediate start available.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Please note:
This position is based in Gladstone.
Qualifications
12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
