To support our people and culture activities, we are looking for a new Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our Kedron Head Office.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities (from qualifying CVs, to taking initial calls, arranging interviews and follow-ups, digital headhunting)
- Coordinate all people and culture team administrative functions and on-boarding processes i.e. HRIS set-ups, employment contracts, condition variations, HR reporting
- The ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Tech savviness and the ability to support our HRIS tools used to manage our People and Culture activities (ConnX, Seek, Canva and MS Office Suite).
- The ability to help drive our digital and social employee value proposition for the whole group.
