We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Employment Coordinator. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to HR Advisors and Business Partners, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and activities.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare a range of HR documents, including employment contracts, position descriptions, and employee relations documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Performance Review: Assist in the performance review process, including data collection and coordination of feedback sessions.
  • Immigration Compliance: Manage immigration and visa-related queries, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Employment Law Awareness: Stay abreast of employment law changes and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • HR Metrics: Prepare HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Project Support: Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Contract Management: Proven ability to draft and generate employment contracts.
  • Awards and Agreements: Strong understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Experience managing sponsor visa applications.
