Adelaide, South Australia Uniting Communities Full time

**Uniting Communities** are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Payroll Officer** to join our People and Culture team. This exciting full-time fixed term position will be responsible for supporting with the end-to-end delivery of Uniting Communities' fortnightly payroll process. They will work collaboratively with the Payroll and People & Culture teams to meet all payroll deadlines and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

This is a **6 month **full-time fixed term contract, with the possibility of an extension.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the integrity of the payroll data at all times
- Review and process time and attendance data
- Produce, review and distribute payroll reports
- Assist employees and external stakeholders with payroll queries

**The successful cabdidate will possess the following**:

- Experience in a similar position processing end-to-end payroll
- A proactive and continuous improvement focused mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and experience using payroll software
- Intermediate Excel skills

In addition, the successful applicant will bring an enthusiasm and commitment to working with their colleagues to deliver excellent internal customer service. They will be willing to work within Uniting Communities' philosophy and values.
