Our client is an award winning, full service digital, design and technology agency that pushes boundaries and is a powerhouse when it comes to creating ideas, products and services.

After winning some recent pitches and already have an impressive portfolio of existing clients, they are looking to grow the team. This role will see you champion their client's brand and drive strategic direction.

**Your day to day**:
Provide best in class strategic thinking, problem solving and creative ideas across brand and more traditional approaches

Working closely with their brands, deep dive into their needs and generate insights and perspectives that will drive solutions and powerful direction

Take the lead on your patch of clients and be the strategic go-to for best practice across a range of capabilities and channels

Support and mentor the wider team, help develop their brand and design thinking skills

Roll up your sleeves, lean into the culture and be happy to sometimes embrace the doing

Play a key part in pitching for new business by helping with crafting and delivering strategic responses and ideas

**Skills, experience & qualifications**:
Strategic problem-finding and solving skills and experience in the traditional brand and creative space

Previous experience in presenting ideas and perspective to senior leadership and creative teams

Strong stakeholder management e.g. understanding when is the right time to push back and being the go to for any issues and escalations

Proven runs on the board - able to craft strategy through all steps of the process across brand, experience, communication, commerce, data and technology

Be able to source unique insights and approaches from real world experiences

Naturally collaborative, you are able to bridge the gap between the wider teams including the CX and experience team
