We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of our next-generation mission software solutions.
About the Role
Design and implement compelling DevSecOps strategies to meet customer requirements.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in capturing new business opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with mission-focused teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
Mobilize new programs and lead the technical direction of our DevSecOps/Mission Software research and development activities.
Influence key stakeholders across various levels, both domestically and internationally.
Your Qualifications
A degree in a relevant engineering field and eligibility for certification as a Chartered Engineer through a recognized authority.
Proven experience in large-scale DevSecOps projects, including solution design, mobilization, integration, and stakeholder engagement in secure environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full capability lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Mission Software context.
In-depth knowledge of mission systems, encompassing C4ISR, intelligence, systems-of-systems, data integration, and sensors.
Application of the Software/Systems Engineering life cycle model in a DevSecOps framework, including familiarity with CI/CD, Dev Low/Deploy High, and CATO.
Experience delivering complex technical development and integration programs.
Your Eligibility
