Senior Software Engineering Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of innovative software solutions. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for developing compelling DevSecOps and Mission Software Solutions that meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale DevSecOps projects including solution design, mobilisation, integration, and stakeholder engagement. You will be required to manage the full capability lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Mission Software environment and provide technical leadership of our research and development activities.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline is essential, as well as experience managing complex technical development and integration programs. In-depth knowledge of mission systems including C4ISR, intelligence, systems-of-systems, data integration, and sensors is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing compelling DevSecOps and Mission Software Solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Providing technical leadership of our research and development activities.
  • Managing the full capability lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Mission Software environment.
  • Experience managing complex technical development and integration programs.

Requirements:
