Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of our next-generation mission software solutions.

About the Role

  • Design and implement compelling DevSecOps strategies to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in capturing new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with mission-focused teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
  • Mobilize new programs and lead the technical direction of our DevSecOps/Mission Software research and development activities.
  • Influence key stakeholders across various levels, both domestically and internationally.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant engineering field and eligibility for certification as a Chartered Engineer through a recognized authority.
  • Proven experience in large-scale DevSecOps projects, including solution design, mobilization, integration, and stakeholder engagement in secure environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full capability lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Mission Software context.
  • In-depth knowledge of mission systems, encompassing C4ISR, intelligence, systems-of-systems, data integration, and sensors.
  • Application of the Software/Systems Engineering life cycle model in a DevSecOps framework, including familiarity with CI/CD, Dev Low/Deploy High, and CATO.
  • Experience delivering complex technical development and integration programs.
