Auswide Caravans & RV's is seeking a friendly, organised, and resilient Warranty / Admin staff to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

This is a PERMANENT position - full time hours 35/38 on a casual rate of pay

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming phone calls, assisting with enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing warranty claims, including organising parts orders and scheduling service bookings
- Liaising effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of claims and repairs
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records.

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
