**_Nowra Region_** and looking for committed and energetic Disability Support Worker to join our team to deliver these services. Surrounding suburbs:
**North Nowra, Bomaderry, Worrigee**

**About the Role**:
You will be supporting clients with Complex Mental Health, Physical and Intellectual Disabilities. Your duties may include:

- Supporting individuals out in the community
- Assisting with daily routine including personal care, menu planning, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, shopping and other activities of daily living
- Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
- Manual handling, Medication assistance, Bladder & Bowel care

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience supporting individuals living with Intellectual Disability, Mental Health
- Qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care or in other related fields is highly desirable
- Evidence of 3 Covid Vaccinations
- Drivers Licence
- Current CPR, FIRST AID, Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check
