**Customer Support Officer (Employment Services) Fremantle**

Seeking a Customer Support Officer to work within Employment Services for a 3-month contract.
The purpose of this role is to complete customer service and associated administration to support job seekers along their journey to find meaningful employment. You don't need industry experience, but you do need strong admin skills, great customer service and to be reliable.

Our Client, an Australian based not-for-profit company specialise in providing employment services and community services in Fremantle.

**Location: Fremantle**
**Payrate: $32.68 per hour + super**
**Start date: Immediate start**
**Finish date: 3 months with possibility of permanency**

These are full time roles (8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with one hour lunch) for a period of 3 months with possible permanency. They are looking to get positions started ASAP.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Booking appointments with customers
- Formatting resumes
- Engaging with customers on a day to day basis
- General office administration duties

**About You**
- Minimum 12 months experience working in an Administrative/ Customer Service office-based role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Good experience with objection handling/ complaints management

**Essential**:

- Be able to pass a police clearance
- Must have the ability to hold a MyGovID account (Australian recognised identity document + medicare)
