- FOR-DE Group_ is an established leader in Manufacturing / Wholesale distribution in the Mobility industry and is seeking to add a full time Customer Support Officer to its dynamic sales team. We are a family owned business where your not just a number, we want you to be successful in our team, our teams are critical to our business success with the opportunity for ongoing growth and development.

The Customer Support Role team members work with the State Managers to assist with customer enquiries and satisfaction.

Head Office is located in **Malaga** and it will be the base of your position.

Supported brands - Shoprider Mobility / REDGUM Brand Mobility / Ikon Mobility Scooters Xtras

**Responsibilities**
- Learn the business from within
- Learning of specific product knowledge of our extensive range
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal & external customers
- Serving customers on the showroom floor
- Preparing stock from our extensive range ready for sale & delivery
- Operate within all procedural guidelines
- Maybe required to drive company vehicles as required

**Experience, Skills & Attributes**
- Customer focused attitude.
- The ability to communicate effectively via all mediums.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Motivation to build your career as well your impact on the business
- Valid driving license
- Work within a team environment.
- Can do attitude to all aspects of the role
- Carry out routine stocktake requirements as scheduled within the business.
- Very strong personal presentation

**Training**

We will provide training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills required to ensure you can provide high levels of service and knowledge for our extensive range of products.

Head office is located in **Malaga** which is located close to Tonkin / Reid Highways and within minutes of the Ellenbrook train line.

This is the perfect role for a motivated person who wants start their journey in this exciting industry and wants to join a leader in the Mobility Industry.

Pay: Up to $63,232.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 10/03/2025
