From 21 offices in 9 countries, with projects in over 80 locations worldwide, we create sustainable outcomes for our people, clients, and communities.Our team is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer to join our team in our Brisbane office.About the rolePrepare layouts and detail drawings in line with project requirementsDeliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards, preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirementsOvercome design/schedule issues by maintaining an overview of activity, communicating with the Lead Mechanical Engineer, and communicating issues in a timely mannerMaintain consistent design drafting standards across projects by communicating expectations and holding project members to account for standardsComply with all of Ausenco's corporate policies and procedures by adopting Ausenco Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and requirementsAbout youA minimum of 5 years' experience in Bulk Materials Handling design drafting and plant layout experience with crushing, grinding, materials handling, flotation, CIL/CIP, slurry, pumping, slurry agitation, particle size classification, and separation would also be highly regardedAdvanced diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable.Experience with Advance Steel and S3D software desired.Strong written and oral communication skills.Why Ausenco?
