In this role, you'll gain valuable industry exposure, develop a deep understanding of valuation compliance, and build practical experience that can open doors in property, finance, or regulatory pathways.It's a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys focused, independent work.What You Will Be Doing:Reviewing property valuation reports for complianceChecking reports against industry standards and lender-specific requirementsDetermining if reports can be submitted or need correctionsProcessing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environmentJob Qualifications:What you will bring:A sharp eye for detail - you don't miss the small things, and accuracy is second natureComfort with structured, repetitive tasks - you take pride in completing work consistently and to a high standardThe ability to focus independently - you're productive without needing frequent interaction or oversightA process-driven mindset - you enjoy following clear guidelines and working within a defined frameworkNo formal qualifications are required, but this role is especially well-suited to:Students currently studying property valuation, as it can count toward 3 months of your required 12-month industry experienceIndividuals looking to enter the property, compliance, or financial services sector through a focused, non-client-facing positionWhy Join Cotality?
