Compliance and Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management framework, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements;
  • Conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement;
  • Analyzing data to provide evidence-based recommendations for management;
  • Leading systematic improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in policy development and/or internal auditing;
  • A strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methods;
  • The ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in quality management, business administration, or a related field.
