**Assistant Venue Manager**

ELEVEN ROOFTOP BAR is currently looking for an experienced hospitality manager to join our vibrant team of young industry professionals. Previous management experience is absolutely essential along with extensive Bar and Restaurant service.
- Current RMLV certificate AND Approved Managers license
- Minimum 3 years management experience, as well as hands on bar and restaurant service experience
- Hands on management style
- The ability to work as a team player
- Extensive cocktail knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and stock control
- Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
- Security management experience
- Good work ethics
- A Can Do attitude
- Well groomed
- Personality plus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task at a fast and efficient pace
- Team player attitude with a positive and motivated personality

The position is in a full time salaried capacity only and we are looking to fill this role in a long-term capacity, therefore not suitable for travellers.

As this job is a full time position, applicants must be an Australian resident.
