Our team pride themselves on working seamlessly with project stakeholders, ensuring no solution is developed in isolation and without consideration of the potential implications on other areas of the project.About the RoleOur Hobart office is currently seeking to appoint an Associate Engineer with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to mentor developing engineers within the group.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects in a client facing capacity, provide structural engineering expertise and ensuring the highest standards of quality.We are looking for someone with ...Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringChartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers AustraliaRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)Ideally 10+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineeringStrong understanding of Australian design codes and standardsDemonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projectsExperience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clientsAn innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDesire to develop their own team and client baseDesire to win work with support from the Structures TeamWhat's in it for you?
