**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to join our people & culture team. This is a newly created role based onsite at our new HQ in Sydney, based in the rocks at Circular Quay.

You will be passionate about designing and maintaining a beautiful workplace with a pro-active approach and the ability to solve problems as they arise and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with ease. You will thrive in a changing and evolving environment and understand the importance of onsite connection & collaboration and creating moments that matter through experiences, events and adventures.

**What will I be doing?**

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations for our Sydney & Gold Coast offices.
- Oversee our guest management and check in processes.
- Maintain clean and orderly office kitchen and workspaces, ensuring a great employee experience at all times.
- Overall management of our various facility partners; cleaners, building management, security, plant hire & catering companies to name a few.
- Manage the in and outcoming of mail deliveries.
- Management of food, beverage, and stationary inventory.
- Manage meeting room calendars and partner with technology to ensure any tech issues are solved in a timely manner.
- Overall management of our desk booking process.
- Ensure sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from working with sustainable providers to ensure our facilities are in line with our net zero target.
- Manage the office access through our mobile authentication process.
- Manage our workplace health & safety procedures and ensure we are compliant and our evacuation procedures are updated and communicated to our teams.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and support various people & culture and company initiatives as required.

**Community Programming & Engagement**:

- Support with the execution of bringing to life our company programming and events.
- Support with the execution of regular connection traditions including weekly Wednesday lunches, Thursday drink gatherings, and quarterly team experience outings.
- Support special event execution, including biannual team All-Hands, Christmas party, and company offsites as required.
- Support with catering requests as required for onsite meetings.

- You enjoy in person connection and are happy to be based on site full time with some flexibility as required.
- Experience and passion for creating moments that matter and experiences that our employees will remember.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with general office management, including facilities, vendor management, maintenance or be willing and eager to learn
- Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- You can effectively communicate and navigate stakeholders across all levels of the business and don't shy away from having tough conversations.
- You're not afraid to wear various hats and roll your sleeves up
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools at ease.
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passionate about what you do.
- Great interpersonal skills, someone that connects, collaborates and networks across the business.
- You build strong relationships with our facility partners with the ability to hold them accountable ensuring they continue to deliver to a high standard in a timely manner.
