**About the Role**:
Oversee the daily operations of a busy cafe and take charge of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring efficient stock management and leading your team to success. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to build relationships with customers and suppliers alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met and maintained
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support when needed
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
- Develop menus, promotions and special offers to increase sales
- Oversee health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times
