Café 63 Mandurah is recruiting for an experienced front of house manager who thrives on working in a busy, fast paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every customer.

You will be:

- Confident and experienced in the day-to-day operations of a busy cafe
- Experienced in leading and directing a front of house team.
- Focussed on the guest experience by delivering genuine hospitality.

You will be responsible for:

- The day to day running of the outlet, including ordering, rostering, stock control and end of day procedures
- Team culture and staff training
- Ensuring outlet presentation, food and beverage quality is to Cafe63 brand standards
- Building sales, repeat customer business and the Cafe63 loyalty program in the outlet
- Managing food safety and health safety within the outlet

You will have:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisational skills and initiative

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinjarra, WA 6210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
