Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This position will be based at our Head Office and will report to the Billings & System Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Run weekly reports detailing outstanding accounts.
- Target outstanding accounts to be balanced within 90 days from the date of service.
- Conduct audits, liaise with debtors, correct payments and item numbers, and create payment plans as appropriate.
- Prepare reports to include in Board reporting outlining outstanding debtors, refunds and write off.

Requirements

You have experience in medical administration, patient accounts or similar. You possess excellent customer service skills and strong organisational and time management abilities. You also have sound computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills, as well as high-level administrative and word processing skills.
