**Project Co-Ordinator**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will deliver customer projects on time, to budget and to BOC's and regulatory standards in line with PGS and ISP PSOs
- Assist customers to provide excellent service with respect to quotations, preparation, installation, commissioning, training, and handover documentation
- Coordinate with the Engineering Team and Local Sales Teams to ensure the implementation of initiatives, changes to work practices and continuous improvement efforts and providing status of projects.
- Provide appropriate resources for projects and ensure accountability to cost estimates and confirm to BOC standard for paperwork in project files
- Ensures assets are tracked and stored appropriately, including ensuring availability and tracking of spare parts
- You will successfully implement global BOP initiatives in CES, including technology, process, and people competency to deliver quality projects to our customers
- You will coordinate with employees, service technicians and contractors are trained and have the appropriate knowledge, equipment, training, and licenses to carry out work safely
- Responsible for necessary equipment is available for installation and all projects comply with BOC, industry, and statutory standards
**What makes you great**
- Working Knowledge of Australian Standards, BOC Codes of Practice, and other regulatory codes
- Experience in gas related or construction industry environment with a focus medical and scientific industry
- BOC product and process knowledge
- You will manage and prioritize projects based on customer expectations
- You will co-ordinate multiple small projects with both contractors and Service Technicians in various locations and market sectors simultaneously
