Job Summary

The Project Support Officer role is a key position responsible for providing administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth running of projects.

This role will be working closely with the Project Manager, ensuring compliance with national security and construction security requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in project support or project management roles, particularly with capital projects.

A high degree of integrity and commitment to confidentiality are essential in handling sensitive information. Strong organisational and time management skills are also required, as well as a strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.

Knowledge or familiarity with the Australian Government's Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) is highly desirable, as is experience working with construction site security regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Security Management or related fields would also be advantageous.
