**The opportunity**

Your role as PMO (Project Management Office) Coordinator provides administrative support to projects
- Assist Project Managers and project teams to successfully deliver projects
- Ensure smooth administrative operation of projects
- Coordinating and maintaining project reporting
- Tracking budget accurately by updating and maintaining finance system
- Preparing presentations for committees including supporting documentation
- Record minutes and follow-up actions
- Efficiently organise meetings, events and functions
- Liaising with other teams about upcoming logistics, training, etc

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- A willingness to liaise closely with team members and other departments on relevant work organisation issues
- Build collaborative and trusted working relationships and partnerships across the organisation
- Moderate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook (meeting/task scheduling systems) and PowerPoint
- Administrative experience, e.g. team/personal assistant, office manager, etc
- Solid calendar, meeting and event management incl. preparing agendas and minutes Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment that is complex
