The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager ready to take ownership of the marketing engine and drive campaigns that directly fuel business growth.
This is the perfect step-up role for someone coming out of agency or currently in a Marketing Executive role who's ready to move into management and own the end-to-end function.
You'll have the support of the Sales Director, CEO, and an external agency for strategy but execution, ownership, and day-to-day marketing delivery will be yours to shape.
What You'll Be Doing
End-to-end campaign ownership– plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel B2B campaigns to generate leads and nurture accounts.
Content & storytelling– create case studies, thought leadership, social content, and website updates that position the business as a leader.
Events– deliver high-quality C-level roundtables, webinars, and quarterly events (30–40 people).
HubSpot CRM management– oversee workflows, email marketing, automation, reporting, and analytics.
Sales enablement– collaborate with the sales team on collateral, presentations, customer profiling, and nurture programs.
Digital presence– manage and grow LinkedIn and other channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
Agency collaboration– partner with external strategists while independently executing campaigns.
Data & insights– track performance, measure ROI, and provide insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B marketing experience (IT, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
Hands-on event marketing experience from planning through to execution of C-level roundtables, webinars, or thought-leadership events.
Strong content and copywriting skills with the ability to craft professional, engaging materials.
Confidence managing HubSpot CRM (automation, workflows, email marketing, analytics).
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
