Global Head Of Project Delivery

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution and delivery of multiple complex projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to ensure consistent delivery excellence across all projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and priorities, and allocate resources accordingly
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the project delivery team
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement through identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements in project delivery

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, engineering, project management or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in project management ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience leading complex projects in a highly-regulated environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
