**As the**Liquidity Management Product Manager**, you will**
- Drive excellence in NAB's Liquidity Management Proposition across the Enterprise, demonstrating product management excellence and passion for working with client facing teams to delivery for our customers.
- Own and drive the strategy for the Liquidity Management proposition.
- Drive the strategic vision and the product roadmap to support both customer and enterprise outcomes.
- Support ongoing delivery of the Liquidity platform capabilities including backlog of features, to support overall product and segment strategy.
- Understand the client pipeline and relevant client needs and determine what is required to support the onboarding of those clients.
- Understand the external landscape (including Regulatory changes) that could influence the portfolio and its performance.
- Grow a foster a high performing team and play a leadership role across the Corporate and Institutional Deposits value chain.

**What you will bring**
- In-depth understanding of liquidity management services and solutions
- Demonstrated experience in product management, risk management, technical and commercial disciplines related to balance sheet or liquidity management
- Experience managing operational risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks
- Working within agile delivery & change execution
- Comfortable playing a leadership role
- Experienced at developing strategy and executing on that strategy
- Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
- Adept at collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
