Overview

Role
- Provides end-to-end project support for configuration activities to integrate technical knowledge and functional relationships of all systems, products, and services
- Performs day-to-day project activities in accordance with performance objectives
- Investigates internal customer issues and assists in problem resolution, escalating advanced customer inquiries and issues to appropriate senior technical resources
- Interprets process and understands controls to support compliance activities including internal audits, SOX and SOC1, and business continuity exercises
- Collaborates with senior resources to explain technical concepts to other team members and business partners
- Assumes responsibility for small-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor with specialized knowledge of Mastercard's products/services and a developing knowledge of implementation standards
